About the presenter:

Vicki Swisher

Vicki Swisher has extensive experience in the areas of human resource development with a special emphasis on leadership development and talent management. She has written several articles and presented on leadership development at premier talent and leadership development events. She is also well-versed in the disciplines of change leadership, performance management, team effectiveness, competency modeling, instructional design, and platform training facilitation/presentation. She has held internal consulting and leadership positions with top companies in the financial services and hospitality sectors.

Cancellation Policy: With written cancellation notice, received one week prior to the event, you will receive a refund, less a $15 processing fee. Cancellations the week of the event are non-refundable.

Notice of cancellation must be faxed to the ASTD-TCC office. No-shows will not receive a refund

Monthly Meetings are $45 for non-members, $30 for members, and $20 for students.
