About the Presenter: 
Dave Elsinger is a project manager of Learning and Development (EQUIP group) in the personnel department of ReachGlobal in Bloomington, MN. ReachGlobal is the international mission’s division of the Evangelical Free Church of America.  ReachGlobal employs over 500 people around the world in various ministry positions. Previously Dave spent six years in Kiev, Ukraine where he taught English and worked with a local church.  Dave also worked for 12 years as an engineer with Kraft Foods in NJ. He is married and a father of two energetic kids!
